Iranian national youth and junior weightlifting team gained the world champions title.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The World Youth
and Junior Weightlifting Championships, hosted by Lima, Peru, finished, and the
Iranian national team deservedly won the championship of this competition. At
the end of the competitions, Iran weightlifting national teams won 10 gold, 9
silver, and 5 bronze medals, two of which went to women.
