In an official correspondence, the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) described the performance of Iran media team during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games on social networks as "superb".

letter states: "Your athletes on the field of play and your media team
were excellent on social media platforms and connected with fans in an
exceptional way." Together with Redtorch, ANOC has analyzed all the data
related to the social media performance of the National Olympic Committees of
the countries participating in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games during the Games,
and in a letter addressing the National Olympic Committee, they officially
announced: “We are pleased to inform you that The National Olympic Committee of
Iran has excelled in this field and specifically on Instagram. The detailed
report on the performance of the National Olympic Committees in Paris 2024 was
announced on Thursday, October 10, during the 12th ANOC online webinar with
representatives of the National Olympic Committees. In this three-hour meeting,
the representatives of four countries that had the most dynamics and the best
performance in social media explained their methods.
In this online meeting, the
representatives of Colombia, Peru, Botswana and Iran talked to their audiences,
and Ms. Shokofeh Mousavi, who is in charge of the social media of the National
Olympic Committee of Iran, as one of the guests, reported on the activities of two
social networks, Telegram and Instagram.
The official Instagram page of
the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran by
olympiciran.ir at the end of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games managed to achieve a
threefold increase in followers with forty million views, as well as the Telegram
channel of the National Olympic Committee by @olympic_ir with a fourfold
increase in the number of followers which succeeded in achieving the goals of
social media development in the said edition of the Olympic Games.
