The Iranian representative in Asian Minigolf Championship bagged valuable medals.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The 2024 Asian
Minigolf Championship in Chiang Mai, Thailand, was held in stroke play, match
play and mix play categories and in U-18 women's and men's sections along with
Open category, where the Iranian representative managed to secure two gold, two
silver and one bronze medals. The Iranian representative bagged the second
runner-up title in men’s team stroke play.
Taha Moulaei won two individual
gold medals in the Open ae categories of stroke play and match play. Daniyal
Taherifard won a silver medal in the U-18 men's individual stroke play, and
Saed Mouleai won a bronze medal in the individual stroke play of the Open age
group and plus being placed fourth in the match play. It should be mentioned
that in this tournament, 2 gold medals were distributed in the adult men's
individual division, and Taha Moulaei, representing Iran Minigolf, won both
gold medals.
