Peace & Sports Commission

Considering the position and capacity of sports and sports competitions in reducing tensions and conflicts on the one hand and expanding peace and friendship on the other hand, especially by applying appropriate strategies and prudent policies to help resolve local, regional, and international conflicts; the "Peace and Sports Commission" is one of the commissions of the National Olympic Committee, which relies on the spirit and teachings of the Olympism with the aim of developing a global dialogue of peace and justice and promoting international relations in playing the role of public diplomacy and interaction with other countries. It works by spreading the values and beliefs of Iranian / Islamic culture through the power of sports.
