Legal Commission

Considering the need of the sports community for proper legal performance in domestic and international relations among sports parties (both real and legal), improving the level of sports rights and a specialized view of this field of law in the current situation of sports in the country is an undeniable necessity. And the need to act in accordance with the rules and regulations of sports in domestic and international competitions, the need for a legal commission and addressing legal relations and legal requirements in the large sports community of the Islamic Republic of Iran seem a necessity. The Sports Rights Commission acts as an advisory authority in accordance with Articles 24 and 25 of Section 8 and Article 32 of Section 10 of the Statute of the National Olympic Committee and in order to carry out the duties assigned to this Commission in the Statute.
