Behnam Aryan, the Iranian National Cyclist obtained the first medal of the Iranian Delegation in Islamic Solidarity Games in Konya.
Iran NOC; Tehran: The opening
ceremony of the fifth edition of the Islamic Solidarity will be held in Konya
on August 9, while the competitions of some disciplines have started earlier.
Behnam Aryan was the first
medalist of Iranian delegation to win in these competitions.
Mohammad Ganjkhanlou and Behnam Aryan
started their competition in the Scratch event, and in the end, Behnam Aryan
won the silver medal. There were 22 athletes in this event, and in the end, the
representative of the UAE won the first place. Behnam Aryan from Iran finished
second and Kazakhstan's Cyclist got the third place.
