Iranian Junior Wrestling Team participated in 2019 Cadet World Championship and won the 2nd place in the competitions.

August 2019: the 2019 Cadet World Wrestling Championship which was held in
Bulgaria provided the opportunity for the Iranian young wrestlers to gain the
second place in the championship.
3 gold and 3
silver medals were bagged by the Iranian wrestlers scoring 166 points. The Russians
accomplished the first place by scoring 168 points.
